BASIC PACKAGE
Basic package up to 20€ per month
Includes:
- Monthly publication of common expenses
- Two disinfestations and myocides in common areas
- One annual general cleaning of sewer manholes
- Annual maintenance of 3*6kg of dry powder fires on the floors
PACKAGE PLUS
Plus Package up to 30€ per month
Includes:
- Monthly edition of common expenses
- One annual disinfestation-myocide in common areas
- One annual general cleaning of sewer manholes
- One annual general cleaning of the heating boiler
- Annual maintenance of 3*6kg of dry powder fires & 1*12kg of roof on the floors
